Privacy Policy

The Essentials List sets no cookies and has no accounts, forms or newsletter, so there's no cookie banner to click through.

Analytics

The site doesn't run analytics or any tracking scripts. If we add analytics, it will be a cookie-less service, and this page will say which one and what it records before it goes live.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages served by Amazon Web Services. As with any website, delivering a page means your browser sends your IP address and request details to the servers that host it.

Your theme setting

If you switch between the light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Links to Amazon

When you follow a link to a Product, you leave this site for Amazon.com. Amazon may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy notice, for example to credit us with a commission if you buy. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
